Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has made a name for herself in the Hindi entertainment industry with her hardwork and determination. Having tied the knot with actor Vicky Kaushal in 2019, their fans have been eagerly waiting for the couple to embrace parenthood soon. Over the past few years, many rumours and speculations surrounding her pregnancy have been doing the rounds on the internet.
It seems like the rumours have surfaced again owing to her absence from the public eye, during the Ganpati festivals. It was even rumoured that she is avoiding the spotlight because of her pregnancy. Well, if a recent report by Hindustan Times is to be believed, Kaif has been busy with her work commitments and is not expecting her first baby. One of the media publication’s sources dismissed the rumours and expressed that she is not ‘avoiding the public spotlight’ because of her pregnancy. The source explained that she had been really busy with work and is currently “shuffling between cities for her work commitments.” Talking about her absence from the Ganpati festivities, where Vicky was spotted attending the event all alone, another source shared that she is not in Mumbai.
HT quoted its source saying, “While she was shooting for a commercial advertisement in Mumbai 15 days back, she left Mumbai for a shoot just 3-4 days before the festivities started. And she was not spotted at the airport because she took a really early flight, which is why she was not papped.” The source further added that she has been very busy with her shoots which is why she has been away from the public eye for so long. For the unversed, the couple got married in December 2019 in a closed off ceremony. While they had maintained privacy about their dating life, it was reported that they were together for three years, before deciding to tie the knot. The duo is often seen giving couple goals with the cutesy social media posts. Post-wedding, Vicky and Kat have openly discussed their relationship and how being with each other has impacted them.
On the work front, Katrina will be next seen in the high-octane action spy-drama Tiger 3, co-starring Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi. She has Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas in her pipeline.
